The Business Support Program…
To benefit from these resources and to add the expertise of TBBT, your company should join the Business Support Program. A member of TBBT will become the co-ordinator, mentor and your “business friend” to the MD or owner, enabling “hands-on support” – and – “practical advice” that works to be given to the company.
The program:
- Is available at all reasonable times just to talk through whatever is on your mind.
- Understands the owner’s dreams and objectives.
- Analyses and benchmarks the business and compares with the owner’s dream.
- Sets clear business strategy.
- Identifies and agrees objectives, and defines deliverables.
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities.
- Sets and agrees deadlines.
- Monitors progress.
- By drawing on the unlimited expertise of TBBT and IIB, we will arrange to answer any business query you may have.

Executive Associates of the Institute for Independent Business
- The Institute for Independent Business (IIB) is a global accreditation organisation. Since 1984 the Institute has accredited over 5 000 highly skilled Executive Associates who support business owners and managing directors. Unlike listed organisations and corporations, these business owners and MD’s generally lack the resources to build a management team of professionals across a range of business critical disciplines. In fact, the burden of maintaining and growing a successful business is generally limited to a very small number of directors or partners. Sometimes this load falls on just one person. With so much to do and with limited resources, many feel frustrated at the ever-increasing demands being placed upon them.
- The IIB developed the Business Support Programme specifically to meet the needs of independent businesses. The type and level of support is specifically geared to the needs and objectives of each business, based on a proven model from which countless businesses have benefited. In order to determine if a business qualifies, a meeting is arranged with an IIB Executive Associate to talk with the managing director/owners. This meeting will include a confidential discussion about the challenges facing the business.
- The first meeting is free of charge and there is no obligation whatsoever. It's an opportunity to have a chat to another business executive in complete confidence. If any areas of improvement are identified the Executive Associate may be able to point the managing director/owner in the right direction
